Dear students,
It was brought to my attention that some of you are experiencing difficulties in sending the abstract via my UMMail account. I had checked this matter and the account seemed to functioning normally at my end as I had multiple copies of some of your e-mails. I believe the problem is with the UM system. Hence, for those who have not submitted your abstract, you can submit it directly to my Hotmail account (yusrizam@hotmail.com) which is more reliable that the UM system.

I still receive blank e-mails with attachment and I do not know why is it so challenging for some of you to state at least your name or student number in the body of the message. I am not a psychic, I cannot read your mind and I cannot determine who sent the e-mail as some of you have very exotic e-mail addresses e.g. ultraman_taro@yahoo.com, with

Ultra-Taro as e-mail name. How can I know who sent the e-mail? Do not do this in the professional setting and especially when you looking for work.
